Columbia Asphalt Pros is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is not a contractor and does not perform paving or any other construction work. This page explains what happens to the information you share through this website.

Information we receive

When you fill out a form or send an email, we receive what you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, the property address, a description of the project and any photos. Like most websites, the server also records basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the time of a visit.

Why we use it

Your details are used to respond to your service request, to pass that request along so you can be contacted about the work, and to keep the site running properly. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives your request

The point of this site is to connect you with an asphalt paving contractor. Your request is shared with the contractor covering the area where your property sits, who uses it to reach you, schedule a visit and discuss the job. We also rely on service providers that host the site, store form submissions and deliver email and text messages; they handle data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Request records are kept as long as they are useful for following up on your project and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized. The contractor who receives your request keeps its own records under its own practices.

Your requests

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request to admin@columbiaasphaltpros.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we and the contractor covering your area may text you about your service request. Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only outside parties that receive this information are the messaging providers that deliver the texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
